HOW TO DRAW A PUPPY DOG

For our Bilingual Bicultural Project the 2nd Grade students created a foldable drawing of 3 pet dogs to practice listening and english comprehension.

Through the YouTube channel "Art for Kids" they had to follow the necessary steps to create an amazing drawing. At first, they all thought they wouldn't be able to do it but in the end the result was fantasic!

En esta ocasión en nuestro Proyecto Bicultural con los alumnos de 2º de Primaria, han elaborado un dibujo desplegable de tres mascotas (perros) para practicar la escucha y compresión del inglés.

A través del canal de Youtube Art for Kids Hub https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oufXsVM1oIQ , han ido siguiendo los pasos necesarios para crear un fantástico dibujo, que un principio todos pensaban que eran incapaces de hacer pero que al final el resultado ha sido fantástico.

Farm Animals

We are continuing with animals in our Bilingual Bicultural project! The 1st grade students have created a beautiful farm with various farm animals. Through this activity we have learned the names of farm animals, their sounds and the different parts of each animal, all accompanied with songs related to this topic! They had a great time! En nuestro Proyecto Bicultural seguimos trabajando los animales, en esta ocasión con los alumnos de 1º de Primaria que han realizado una bonita granja con sus animales. A través de esta actividad hemos conocido los nombres de los animales que viven en la granja, su sonidos, las diferentes partes de cada animal y todo ello acompañado de divertidas canciones relacionadas con esta temática. ¡Lo han pasado genial!

Recycled materials

En 5º de Primaria, los estudiantes están trabajando en la asignatura de Inglés los materiales reciclados a partir de un divertido "Challenge". Este proyecto nace con la intención de que nuestro alumnos alcancen los siguientes objetivos: Aprender en qué consiste el reciclaje y su proceso para utilizarlo en casa y en clase. Seleccionar los residuos que generamos en la vida diaria. Disminuir la contaminación para la conservación de plantas y animales. Aprender a valorar el medio ambiente mediante su conservación. Concienciar del cuidado de nuestro entorno. Próximamente el resto de niveles pondrán visitar un museo creado e ideado por ellos mismos. ¡Estos chicos son unos artistas! Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! Gobble Gobble 🦃 Thanksgiving is a North American holiday that is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States, and the third Thursday of October in Canada. In conversation class the week of November 15 th , we learned the story of the first Thanksgiving, which involves how the Pilgrims left Plymouth, England in the year 1620 and landed in what is now the Northeastern United States. We learned about traditional Thanksgiving foods like turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pumpkin pie, and talked about the first Thanksgiving dinner with the Native American Indians and Pilgrims at Plymouth rock. During the week of November 22 nd , we talked about what we are most thankful for in our lives… family, friends, school, and more!
